Expect to see an Open-Gym Schedule for the summer for volleyball and boys' & girls' basketball the first week of July. NCISAA rules allow official practice to begin August 1, so keep an eye out for announcements on dates and times for initial practices for Volleyball, Boy' Soccer and Girls' Tennis.
If you still have possession of any Elon School uniforms or equipment that you did not purchase, please return any such gear to Coach Shelly Killeen by August 15, 2011. Any missing uniforms or equipment at the end of each sports season will be billed to your school account.
Commodore Athletics is considering hosting three separate sports banquets for the Fall, Winter and Spring sports seasons. If you have insights, questions or suggestions as we consider this possibility, please contact AD Kevin Primus or Commodore Club President Mimi Holt with your thoughts. Thanks for your input!
The Elon School expects our students to obey the laws regarding alcohol, tobacco and other drugs; athletes are no exception. Students who are deemed to have violated The Elon School policy on controlled substances will not be permitted to participate on interscholastic sports teams.

We are currently searching for an experienced soccer coach to serve as Soccer Program Director, overseeing both boys' and girls' soccer at The Elon School.

It has been a great experience for the boys to train with college level coaches and gives the new students an opportunity to meet others before the school year begins. Brenda Bost has coordinated the camp for the past 2 years and is glad to do it again this year. If you are interested, mark your calendars!
